Please, for the love of god, the universe, or anything, please, please, please, provide an option to click "I do not care", to block intro quests. I wish to move at my own pace and I feel flooded with garbage (Like the card game), constantly badgering me.

The stupid card game quest giver should be confined to the gaming hall in Gonfalon Bay. Keeping some signs to promote the game in major cities is fine. They're not constantly yammering at you to play it.

i usually just do the tutorial on my toons (because you can skip playing the tutorial game and the whole quest takes like 5 min)

then all my toons have the ability to kill a few min playing tribute against the npcs lol

this also has the side effect of shutting up sorinne gerard (though i personally rarely run into her where i usually do my bag management)
