Do bosses still Knockback me during the first 6 seconds of Unstoppable Brute ?

Yeah, *** it, still not fixed in almost 10 years since launch.
Inspector Garron's Dark Lance can still knockback thru if not blocked.
And this bug is what keeps non-blocking tanks from being functional.

it's either a pvp item or insurance against block bug for bosses that have one hit DDs0 -

Quintus in Volenfell has a fear that is not cc breakable
A lot of heavy attacks from bosses in old dungeons can't be cc broken when you're knocked down
