Companion gear disappeared

I changed my companion's gear today after the update (the whole set, not just a couple pieces) and then when I went into combat her gear had reverted back to her previous gearset and all the healing gear I had put on her was gone. It's not on any of my companions and not in my inventory. I'm kind of upset because it was my best healing gear.

I just had the same thing happen to me.

I had my companion with full heavy, jewelry, 1h, shield vigorous gear (except i saw one piece was medium), so i went to my bank, got the heavy piece out to replace the medium, and when i brought out the companion, all of his gear was gone. When I put the single piece back on him, it too immediately disappeared. I am now out ALL of my blue/purple vigorous equipment for my companion.

Could this be related to the new auto-resummon companion deal from when you use a banker. In my circumstance, i had my banker out, and i RESUMMONED Azandar vs de-summoning the banker.

On a side note, when i went into the help system and put lost item, it asked me to go to my inventory, find the item, and use "get help" from the item. How can you do that... when the item is lost?

I submitted a ticket as well, 230827-00367, but that's generic and blank as it would not allow me to type anything into a field as i could not find the lost item to click options on. I also submitted feedback.

I just tested this theory.

I put a single piece of worthless equipment on a naked companion. Summoned my banker, then resummoned the companion directly while the banker was out, i did NOT de-summon the banker. That piece of gear is now also, gone. POOF.

When i repeat the same thing, except if i DESUMMON the banker, and let the companion get auto-resummoned, the gear remains.

This also happened to me a few days ago. I did send in a ticket as well saying what happened. I had just gotten Isobel and gave her some purple gear that has been sitting in my inventory for over a year

And now I have duplicates of white gear from her and Ember, and maybe Mirri and Bastian but I haven't played them in awhile.
I currently am scared to summon them in case more gear that didn't vanish the first time vanishes this time.
Also I didn't get an email after I sent the bug report, I just sent one now with the "I lost my Item" Category, ticket is 230827-008645
