Is the cooldown of 0.5 seconds per target or per stack? I ve heart that is per stack and it makes the set useful only for Xvs1 situations.

✭✭It’s per stack, although they have 5s up-times, so you can stagger your DoTs to build stacks on multiple people.0 -
