    A thought...from this link you gave https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Chrysamere_Style

If it is not a coincidence that this blade enters ESO on the Summoning day of Azura and comes attached with a banner of Azura as well, then would not Azura factor into this lore a bit too. How she would might have to do with the Dwemer maybe? Could the Dwemer have crafted it and Azura taken it in response to the trick they played on her - maybe even changing them to something else as well because of this trick:)

Chrysamere is not a daedric artifact according to what was established in Daggerfall. Additionally, it is not really styled after the Dwemer. If anything, it is likely that the devs chose Chrysamere as a placeholder because Azura didn't have a weapon to use for the crown store. The one she would have later on, the Moonlight Blade, was not invented until after the first crown store showcase Chrysamere first appeared in.

What would have made more sense is Trueflame as Nerevar is Azura's champion, but the devs probably forgot that the model for it existed at all, as they dont even use the weapon for Nerevar's projection in the Clockwork City.
