Constant boot from ESO, Launcher is slow to launch, Error 303, Error 103, Latency at 999+

Constant boot from ESO, Launcher is slow to launch, Error 303, Error 103, Latency at 999+
My internet is at 600 mbps download and 25 mbps upload right now. All other games are working, all other devices connected to the internet are working. Resetting the internet did not work. Repairing the Launcher did not work.
I have been playing fine all day long. I come back from taking a break to eat dinner and now I can't say connected to the game for longer than a minute.

Yes, none of that worked. The next day, the game was playable again and fixed itself or whatever. But that was an incredibly frustrating night of ZOS disconnects and server errors. On my last disconnect (because I just quit playing for the rest of the night after it) I was grouped with some players for a dungeon. And all yesterday, the game kept randomly putting me in a group with those same players (that weren't even online) and stopping me from being able to queue for anything (because I was "grouped" with these ghost players) until I closed out of the game entirely and quickly queued into Dungeon Finder before the game could fully load and group me up with these ghost players again.
Definitely a ZOS issue, not me.- @Chalinal
