    More than enough for ESO.

    I personally play on i5 12600k - MSi Mag Mortar B660m - 32GB RAM 4000Mhz - Radeon 6700xt (VRAM 12Gb)

Game runs pretty damn smooth. Much better than my laptop did.

Core 12000 and 13000 series bend due to overheat and require special frame installed on top (does not come with by default).
MSI Ventus is a cheap series of gpus, MSI Gaming X/Z are quite better.
Also, from official recommended settings, ESO wont run on max settings in 4k and 8k.

Yet I've had 0 issues with my 12600k for over a year now and I don't use one of them 'special frames'
Also, maybe he chose the Ventus due to lack of space in his case... which is why I chose to buy one...
