Imbue Weapon should effect heavy attacks too

This skill never makes it onto my bar because the requirement to use light attacks. Maybe make it apply on medium and heavy attacks as well.

I do like if for light attacks, it's faster than HA

I have never been hit with it, so, I don't know anyone running it in PVP1 -
