Are there official API docs for addon developers? I know about the esoui wiki of course but it feels reverse engineered. There are 100s of LUA functions exposed for addon devs. I figured I'd have found it by now from googling but decided to post here before giving up.

Dan Batson from ZOS uploads the API patch notes and the full documentation there for every update.
In general, look at the Tutorials & Other Helpful Info category as that is where the update notes are.
Also, the links are available under the API Version history page on the wiki: https://wiki.esoui.com/APIVersion#101039

That being said that is all the API functions, but not all the LUA functions as some are implemented straight in the UI. These are a bit harder to find, but I usually look at the source code to see how the game does it and what functions it uses. https://github.com/esoui/esoui
