Thieves troves not giving Zenithar reward boxes

I just looted 2 thieves troves in Eastmarch, 1 in Deshaan, and 1 in Alik'r Desert, and got no Zenithar reward boxes. I did get some from thieves troves a few days ago, but none today. This feature of the event doesn't seem to be working very well.

✭✭✭Never mind, I guess getting a reward box from a thieves trove isn't guaranteed, hence the use of the word "may" in the event pages:Alternatively, if you prefer to earn your rewards through less-than-honest means, you may discover parcels scattered across Tamriel by pickpocketing citizens and looting strongboxes or thieves troves. ✭✭✭✭✭yeah all of the stolen sources for zenithar boxes are not guaranteed
the only "guaranteed" and "repeatable" method for these each day is to farm WBs or world events (dolmens, geysers, dragons, etc) while grouped with someone from one of your guildsplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
