Why Update 39 has no name?

Well, this is such a weird issue that I didn't notice it at all until I updated one of my addons. We've got the 4th PTS patch, but Update 39 still doesn't have its own name.
I know that according to the roadmap, the topic of this Update will be QoL, without much new content. But it still deserves a name, like Operation Health or something lol @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Kevin

Because this is solely a base game update, that's why we using Update 39 as the naming convention. Operation Health was a patch name for Rainbow Six that focused on similar stuff.
