Personality Types and Classes in PvP

Just for fun I am going to try posting a potentially controversial yet interesting topic for discussion:

I would like to hear from people what personality types they may associate with particular classes in PVP.

For example, when I see a Templar healer in a Battle Ground these days, I often imagine that they are a kind, empathetic older player, who enjoys playing the role of healer. Especially if they are an Argonian in a robe, for some weird reason.

When I run into the DK who is in all meta gear, I imagine it’s an earnest/sweaty young teenage boy, who is doing absolutely everything he can to try to be the top competitor.

Necros, during this meta, I imagine to be serious role players who are dedicated to their class, in spite of being at the absolute bottom of the PVP barrel. I have a lot of respect for them.

Would love to hear what y’all think in terms of personality types and the classes they choose for PVP.

I never gave the correlation between class and RL personality much thought. Unlike most players, I use character names instead of player names. I do this because I feel like it helps me appreciate the creativity players put into their characters more. I think I subconsciously go harder on players with names that are in no way lore friendly -- e.g. "Unkillable Tank" or "Pwning You". Guess it's just a pet peeve of mine...

Haven't seen much correlation myself, meta-wise. There's always those who will play whatever is strongest without much thought. That's why I tend to judge based on long-time mains rather than FOTM.
I'm talking those who stick with their class patch after patch no matter its state, often because they're drawn to the aesthetic or playstyle that other classes lack.

I've met some Templar healers whose character appearance and name fit the aesthetic perfectly, but were some of the most obnoxious and vile players I've dealt with.
Meanwhile, it was Dragonknight and Nightblade mains who were the most helpful and friendly when I started learning PvP. Although they were solo duelist types, that might have something to do with it?

If they don't have a fishing rod in hand, I just see

MORE ENEMY BLOOD TO PAINT THE SKY WITH.

    ;)

P.S. Some of the best, most prolific PvP murderers I have known in MMOs
were in fact Moms, and Grandmas. Beware the little ol' ladies..
My best trash talk response to a trash whisper:
"Ur Mom was better at pvp, and that was with you on her lap squalling for the keyboard."
In fact was true, I played with their parents, and they got the kid into the game.

Pve - Best tank I ever knew was in Wow, Vanilla.
She was 62 at the time, and got me into tanking for a world first progression guild.
She also loved pvp, good thing since it was a pvp server.

When I played bg healer on templar it was
    1. Cuz I was lazy
    2. Out of pure spite for some op build on another class that was popular

I wonder if the same motivations are true for perma block tanks?

They really make their own (boring) dynamic in flag games.
