i wanted the small altmer house when i first saw it back in summerset. too bad it has a daedric skybox. oh well

My heart sank as soon as I walked in. It's still too big for my taste even if it were in a perfect garden/meadow/etc, but the architecture is exactly what I wanted. It's so depressing to have something we've requested and waited for so long delivered in an entirely different way. I'm starting to be beyond hope that they'll ever listen.

I'm sure there are people who will enjoy it and the labyrinth qualities, but I still wish we could get that proper summerset medium.

I like the Alinor style house and I like the Evergloam, but I am not sure I like the two together. I guess they were hoping to check two boxes off for requested housing at once?

The inside of the house is super dark, there is no way you could get enough lighting furnishings in there to brighten it up enough for my tastes.

The other house looks interesting, will have to check it out.

Nice structural furnishings, I hope they aren’t in the daily reward coffers at an abysmally low drop rate lie the ones in Galen. I’d like to be able to farm them or at least pay a decent price in traders.

Is it possible to change the time of day in Shadow Queens Labyrinth and make it a bit brighter or is it always pitch black like this?

I feel the same way, always wanted this Alinor house but not in this neighborhood...

Edit: But at least we get new roofs and a real gable, thanks! The structure furnishings are in generel amazing, really looking forward!

As nice as the furniture we get are, like the structural bit, they are feeling very lacking in variety as usual. Why are there always so few items of each style? The Necrom ones seem to have the theme of all being very large as well.

That will not make it easy to make varied structures, and why is there only one of those tile roof parts and it's so small. Will have to use so many to make a roof that isn't tiny.

Wasting more slots in order to build around that Dwemer door....

Can't see the logic in releasing doors without the structural frame, especially in case of round doors.

And the Summerset house... it's like a prank. There were countless posts from people wanting that house in the Summerset countryside, not in some daedric realm.

I wish I could say that I like this furnishings update, but I can't.

I like both homes a lot, the maze has a deceptive amount of space if you want to remove the hedges. I think the house itself is lovely.
A smaller similar house in Summerset would be nice also.

Haven't visited the event house myself yet but from what I can see on small phone screen it looks really good.

I built a house of "Alinor Wall, Stone". It's doable and looks neat (for me, at least), but tedious and takes up more slots than full-size walls.

A point which highlights a thing:

Prefabricated buildings in the various architectural styles COMBINED WITH more open plots in which we can place them would be such a fantastic solution.

Would still require the artists to design the beautiful and interesting worldspaces, and give the opportunity to highlight the stunning environments they keep delivering on. But true modularity and freedom to create our **own** vision of home in Tamriel would make *me* very happy, and I think a lot of other players, too.

The Alinor style house could have been so lovely. Set among gardens in Summerset, it would have been perfect.

But a dark cave where you can barely see your own hands in front of your eyes. And set in another huge area...

Nope. Not what I was hoping for. I think I'll pass (again).
