Daily Writs materials automatically being drawn from bank?

Recently the ESO+ subscription of my alt account expired, so I'm doing daily writs without it. I'm doing it in Vivec, because it is close to the banker. I bought some Molybdenum and left it in my bank, se every toon can use it to craft the equipment. I don't have any banker assistant, but I'm using the Dolgubon's Lazy Writ Crafter addon with the bank option activated. I realized that my toons are crafting the equipment without needing to go to the bank to draw the required materials.

Is this behavior intended or is it some sort of bug? As far as I know, for the Lazy Writ Crafter to work, I'd need to speak to a banker and only then, it would automatically draw the materials.

If it's creating an item it will draw from the bank if its not available in the crafting bag, if its turning in a quest with additional items it will not draw from the bank. Like an Alchemy quest requires 3 mudcrab chitin, it requires the chitin be on your person and will not pull from the bank.

While you can no longer place items in the craft bag without an active subscription, your items stored in there from when you did have it stay. You are just taking them from the craft bag for these writs, you will not be able to add to the stock anymore until you renew the subscription.

Yeah I know that, and several items from the crafting bag are still being drawn. But my Molybdenum, Corn Flower and Oko are specifically on the bank and are being drawn from there. I bought 100 with one toon, made my writs and put the spares on the bank. When I entered with other toon, I could do all writs without any problems and, when I checked on the bank, the amount of Molybdenum has actually decreased.

I can't check again today because I already did all my dailies, but I'll check again tomorrow and put some data here.
