EHT Community Server is not connecting

I have been getting an error off and on all day that the EHT Community Server is not connecting. Some friends and guildmates have also been getting this same error.
Is anyone else experiencing this or has anyone found a solution? Thanks.

I’ve been so annoyed with EHT lately (the application doesn’t open because windows 11 I guess so I have to move it around until it eventually opens and even then I cant seem to upload houses, only refresh the open house list) I haven’t bothered reinstalling it to see if that’d work. Figured I would give that ping a try, since I don't think the other username we tried pinging is valid. I saw someone else use this one to summon the creator once.

I am still having the same issues as well.
It seemed like mine partly started working. The "error 500 (Internal Server Error)" message went away and the community app status suggests sync worked, but nothing is showing under the community tabs for Streams, Open Houses, or Trending. Guests doesn't seem to be working either.
If I go to any of those it is blank or acts like I need to install the community app. When I try and run the community app, it doesn't seem to be populating properly to reinstall and just does nothing ( running as admin ).
I noticed the houses I had set Open were now unlisted. This might be because I tried to reinstall the app last night during troubleshooting, before I found out others were having the same issue. When I tried to list them as Open again today, it reloaded and reverted my changes as if I never made any, twice.
I finally managed to get one to update and show as Open, but this still hasn't changed anything else. Anything that must rely heavily on that community server sync is not working.
Favorites, My Homes, Visited Homes, Guilds, and Furniture seem to be working fine as far as I can tell.
Hopefully whatever is causing this problem is an easy fix.
