Quest Progression Rollback

So I am not sure what happened but for some reason my Arcanist had all of his quests rolled back (to an unknown date). I currently can not play ToT because it says it requires me to complete the introductory quest, but i already completed it so the quest giver is not there and it gives me an error when I click accept quest in the LFG UI. It is not just with ToT, but i noticed during Mayhem event, i completed the last main story of Imperial City and went to the zone completion and it only said 1/8 and showed only the last quest completed. Im no genius but i think you need to do atleast the first one to have the last one completed. Then to further concrete the evidence, In Apocrypha, zone completion says I am at 0/9, but in my quest journal I have the quest A Calamity of Fate which is the 7th mission in the quest line. Along with all of those examples, I also completed almost all of the zone public dungeons and their quests, and none of them are highlighted on the map like they are completed. I have gone into the Deshaan public dungeon, Forgotten Crypts (which is not highlighted as completed), went all over the public dungeon to look for a quest giver, and there was no one. These are just a few examples of how my character's quest progression has been rolled back/cancelled, and ESO support can not give me an answer or a solution. I have uninstalled all addons, I reset all settings to see if it was an UI issue with addons, but this was not the case. This is a game breaking bug, since i can not do a function of the game I payed for (ToT). I would really like some kind of response to see if anyone else has had this issue, any solutions, or anything helpful that I can do. This is very frustrating since all support can do is say write a bug report and not receive an answer. That gives me no confirmation that this is a known issue and I have asked all of my guilds and no one has heard of this issue. I have read only 1 other forum post about this issue and they have received no feedback from it. If any ZoS or ESO employees see this, I encourage you to reach out and give me some kind of confirmation that this is a known bug and will be fixed swiftly!
