Request to change Rolis Hlaalu furniture drops

Please consider the furniture document drops from Rolis Hlaalu it takes immense time to get grand master crafter and then materials/style pages to get vouchers i spent all my 800 vouchers on Hlaalu Master Furnisher's Document bought a few first opened and got a few repeated documents then bought one by one opened and learned but still got repeated documents can't Rolis Hlaalu be similar to the Impresario where buying yesterday bags will drop unknown documents until all learned and then fair enough drop repeated documents
