Remove the mana block from the tri focus passive, and create a separate passive for it

if they changed their passives in tri focus, it seems to me that it is still worth making a separate passive for the mana block, since the frost staff is used for protection on the back bar by magical builds, and not all of them want their main attack resource to be eaten, otherwise, they will have to again abandon tri focus passives, ignoring all useful bonuses just because of this one feature

I will point out that most endgame tanks suggest avoiding this passive, too, since you need to cast utility skills with magicka and it's annoying to have it eaten up by angry critters while you're trying to, say, recast Wall of Elements or chain something in.

Yes, there should be an option for a regular Stamina block.

that's kinda rude

But yeah something needs to be done about the mag block cost on tri focus. It's incredibly detrimental to frost warden's already horrific sustain.
