June Rank and my three months of data

To start, I will pull screenshots from ESO for the top 25 ranked competitors, but this is only time I will reference names. I am only showing these competitor names for the purpose of demonstrating the data. The individual results will not be shared.
The top 25 in ToT at the end of June (or close to it) were the following:
In the past 3 months, I only played 21 of these 25 people. The table looks like this.
My score games from these matches looks like this.
So did I suck? Should I be ranked 80? Maybe, maybe not. But I think the overall ranking would change.
Simply consider the fact is that in 3 months, if I played these people more than once, I won 6 matches, I tied 6 matches, and I lost 6 matches.
