Normal ques and speed runner problems

This is a issue that is getting out of hand, multiple time now i have seen one or two people who end up in a normal dungeon que pop and if people (myself or others) wish to do the quest for the xp when it is a lvling dungeon they flat out ignore them and just run off.
the last one was worse 2 people just ran forward skipping trash and letting the lowbies get overwhelmed by the ammount of trash mobs coming for them.

when i have voiced this before however the worst part is i get called being eliteist because i dare to try and being kind to others who want to do the dam quest and get the xp.

i know why people are doing this, its for the transmute farming but this is getting worse and need to be dealt with by zeni as players clearly are not going to be kind to one another.

If random dungeon reward was once per day per account (not per character), it would fix speedrunning problem.

Best thing you can do is bring as many people you know into the Dungeon Finder with you.

well the same could be said of speed runners
and i dont see why if people say "doing quest" and there under lvl 50 why people cannot wait many players who speed run take down bosses in a few seconds, waiting a few more for others isnt going to increase the time by much.

true but i can imageing it would anger a lot of players, i did think of seperating below 50 and 50 normals kind of like how pvp does it that way you could limit it a bit though that may increase wait times.

The only way to fix the speedrunner problem in random normals is to make them hard enough that they can't reasonably be soloed. This will never happen because even many veteran dungeons aren't hard enough for that.

I'd say it already has gotten out of hand and the current reward structure is highly supporting this: 10 transmutes for fg1, 5 transmutes for vma. No wonder some players are already asking for a split of dlc and base game dungeons (while maintaining the full rewards for the latter of course) for even more "efficiency"

Only thing you can do against this is avoiding the group finder and only enter as premade. There are specialized guilds around to reduce the waiting time to a reasonable amount (usually much faster than queuing up).

On a sidenote: I don't intend to defend the brainless farm, it's despicable. But you can't do anything against it without affecting everyone else.
