QoL Request: Furnishing Plan Recipe Sticker Book [Account Wide]

Hi,

I hope sometime in the near future, we could get a Furnishing Plan/Recipe Sticker Book as a QoL change. Similar to the Set Items Collection, having another tab purely for Furnishing Plans would be amazing. This can have a few potential benefits:

Account Wide means don't have to worry about learning the furnishing plan on the wrong character.
Can easily see what new recipes are out there for different zones
Can trace what we have collected from a particular zone, and what else needs to be obtained
If it is broken down by different categories within a Zone (for example, Western Skyrim - some plans are obtained by Dailies, and some by overland looting), then this breakdown can further organize our goals on what we should focus on.
A search feature can easily trace the recipe we are thinking of, and what materials we need. Currently this searching feature is handled better by addons. Having it in-game would be a huge plus.

Some additional thoughts building off on the idea mentioned above.

This new interface can be expanded upon the current Housing tab inside the Collections menu. No need to create a new tab at all. It would also be nice if the houses can be categorized into various size categories, rather than a single long list.

Perhaps this is how the interface can look like - similar to the Set Items menu.

Summary: Has information on the total houses you collected, and the furnishing plans collected.
Houses: Broken down into few sub-categories: Inns, 200/400 slot houses, 600 slot houses, 700 slot houses. Each one showcases the different houses available - with artwork just like how it is right now.
Furnishing Plans: Now this is broken down by different zones - just like the Set Items menu. And each zone has different sub-categories to indicate if the furnishing plan comes from daily quests, or overland looting. Perhaps hovering over the item shows the small sprite icon just like the various Item Sets, and perhaps there is also an option to view a full size 3d model.
