I don't want to have to restart the quest, anyone got a fix for that one section with having to talk to that one person? Because this issue prevents the continuation of the necrom chapter main questline and I'm surprised it wasn't fixed with all the q&a testing.
Edit:restarting the quest all over again fixed the bug for me, thankfully.
