✭✭✭✭✭Are you playing in Windows? Sorry if that's a dumb question, but the screen format of the game looks unfamiliar to me; is it in controller mode, perhaps (which I don't use)?
Anyway, if you're in Windows, try pressing Alt-Tab to move the game into the background and see if that helps. I regularly get very long load screens, and for some reason (and as crazy as it sounds) using Alt-Tab seems to help speed things up.
I did see that there's a setting related to FPS when the game is running in the background, so apparently it isn't totally bonkers to think that moving the game to the background might cause some things to behave differently, but aside from that I know it seems totally crazy, so if you try it and it doesn't help, just file this under "Foolish Things That SeaGtGruff Has Said."I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -

psst...there is a windows taskbar under the game and they are in gamepad mode lol
as for the issue, i definitely notice this type of thing taking forever on my laptop which has a really really slow HD (there are times my laptop literally has gotten booted back to login because it took too long to load the character into the zone lol)
on my desktop with the game on an SSD, the load screens are usually lightning fastplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

That's why I said it might be a dumb question; I did see the Windows 11 taskbar, but since I've never used gamepad mode I wasn't absolutely certain that that's what I was looking at.
