Can this please be addressed and fixed ?

I have raised numerous tickets getting the same old spiel to delete cache, sort out ports, hold xbox button for 10 seconds, leave for 5 minutes, blah blah blah.

Every day I play the game I cannot log into Guild chat. " Voice chat is unavailable. This could be due to routine server maintenance or a configuration issue. Visit help.elderscrollsonline.com for additional support."

So I am now on the forums asking for help and a fix.

All my team mates are happily in chat yet I cannot join. After clearing cache numerous times, hard resetting, changing character I can eventually get in.

Once I'm in, team mates are speaking and I get removed from the group for 5-10 seconds. Then reconnect and in the corner showing " Your channel changed to group ".

I cannot have a normal conversation with someone because I miss the end of their sentence or they miss mine.

Can I please get this fixed? I cannot go on playing the game like this. I have suffered for over a year hoping it would resolve but it's still the same.

I have deleted the game, re-installed several times, always the same issue.

I have even downloaded the game onto my son's Xbox and yet still the same issue occurs. This proves it cannot be on the user side. The fault is on the Server side.

Please can this be picked up and dealt with once and for all.
