Fragments - Decks not going away

Is it normal that, after completing the pieces of a Deck and merging them that it does not disappear from my 'Collectibles -> Fragments' tab and instead just resets as 'Not Collected'?
I have collected
Ansei Frandar
Almalexia
Druid
The game lets me use them, and recognizes I have them in the Tales of Tributes tab. Yet the Collections tab says Not Collected. I do not have Orgnum collected, and that is greyed out in the Tales of Tribute panel, as it should be.
Seems to me like the ones I have unlocked on my Tales of Tribute tab should be removed from my Collectibles - Fragments tab and not presented as Not Collected.
Is this the same for everybody else?

i would agree though that they should be hidden/removed from the list once you unlocked the deckplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
