Necrom fragments for card conjurer and Kaleen no longer dropping?

I have some weird rng right now. Until recently I had at least once a drop from one of the fragments of my three toons doing the ToT dailies. Since then: None at all...
has the drop rate been nerfed?

✭✭✭✭✭pretty sure the drop rate has always been abyssmal for those, ive been doing the npc tribute daily almost since the pc necrom release and i havent gotten a single item for either of the new achievementsplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

✭✭✭✭✭I agree that it's just normal RNG. I've played ToT dailies every day since Necrom was released and have gotten only 3 of the Card Conjuror fragments on one server, and only 2 on the other server. I think Necrom has been out on PC for just short of 3 weeks now, so that averages to about 1 fragment or less per week.
The other fragments have had an even lower drop RNG for me-- IIRC I've gotten 1 fragment on one server, and 0 on the other.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -
