Pvp has gone from bad to terrible

    The pvp no CP battlefields is the image of a most indigestible pvp ever seen in an MMORPG, it looks like the hardcore mode of call of duty, this mode is the most cheated and meta stuff that will be allowed to play. It is also where we see how incredibly unfair the weapons are.

    A dagger player will be able to move like an eel in the water while in front an archer will have to defend himself like a turtle, the fight will be extremely unequal, the dagger will surely have time to do 34 actions while the archer just has time to do 1, see 2.

    This mode clearly shows that only tanks and magi really have the right to play here, because the game has been far too thought out for them...

    I confronted a sorcerer just before making this post, I could not do anything against him, not even survive, he danced around me while I "learned" just to walk (metaphor), the worst is the physical damage, you play a weapon with two hands, the game is made for you, you try to do something else, you are an excluded player, not to forget sometimes where your attack did nothing, magic will never have this problem, as if it had gone into nothingness, while nothing could interrupt the attack, a lot of annoying point makes the PVP TESO confusing. . .

    It is a great shame how much Zenimax ignores the PVP community

    In my opinion BG must clearly undergo a complete overhaul to be fairer with everything that has happened in the meantime and changes in the game in order to be more consistent and more workable for all gameplay profiles.

    Another point to change is to end meta PVP weapons, TESO had to be a game allowing a build building freedom, please have, come back on this basis for the PVP made us the effort to offer a more affordable pvp for all profiles, let the players play what they want in PVP and do not impose any gameplay or dominant weapon!!!

    Yes, DK is still overtuned.

    Yes, cross-healing is still a problem.

    But those really tanky players? They don't apply meaningful pressure in PVP. I'd rather have non-tanky players on my team in BGs than tanks who deal damage that is easily healed through.

    At least Mara's Balm was finally brought into a semblance of balance in U38 after 4 or 5 nerfs. What a joke that balance was.

    Stinging Slashes + Wrath of Elements is very strong, but that's not the only way to be competitive in PVP.

    People thinking that there is no build freedom probably haven't experimented with enough sets and skill setups to find things that work that the vast majority doesn't know about.

    I try out new sets all the time, because while I listen to what people say, I form my own opinions. Most of what I read about Arcanist is flat out wrong.

    yep. dk if you want to be uber broken. stamsorc/warden if you just want to be kinda broken. and nah theyre just going to equip pariah and the blue cp that removes all debuffs when recieving healing at low health and it will be the same crap again because the mag/stam regen passives are broken on the cp tree.

    How the heck is stam sorc kinda broken? They don't even have a burst heal.

    Last time I played this game surviveablity had been buffed to the extent that if you were a very good player you could maybe kill 2-3 average players wearing the same meta gear yet if there was a healer involved you weren't killing anyone and if there was a tank involved you would not be able to kill the tank. There were still a decent amount of movement/cc/healing reduction/armor reduction mechanics in the game and barely and I mean barely enough damage that made it possible for someone to outplay another player in worse gear lower cp etc.

    I will be quitting once again given only lasting a week or two. I have noticed many if not all of the og 1vx youtubers have quit the game probably for the same reason I cannot tolerate it for more than a month maximum. I'm sure this new archanist class will be the ultimate version of a bruiser as deltia compared it to an easy to play templar. It's pretty sadening considering how awesome high damage meta 1vx'ing was in the early iterations/expansions of this game. Miss the og version of the game. Even miss the proc meta. FeelsBadMan. To those of you who still play but miss the old days, I'm sorry you have to deal with this.

    I have my 2 cents about this topic too. Magsorc and stamnb were unkillable too. You are a unkillable player that complain about unkillable players. Atacking a magsorcs's back while he was running away was TERRIBLE. I prefer hitting tanky wardens, at least I can hit them. I think magsorcs and stamnb players of old were not able to kill each other if one of them was on the run.

    Being unkillable turned from skill based to gear based. But the problem is being unkillable.

    Think there is a health desync with twin slashes. Running around, get away from s group, health looking good, then suddenly it drops me to execute range. Look and there were several tics of damage I had no indication was happening

Watching an enemy player soloing an Imperial City boss, having 2-3 people jump him, just to have each of those players get killed in one or two hits from him, at which point he turns around and continues soloing said raid boss. If you have overwhelming offense, impenetrable armor, and can also wicked fast sprints, what is even the point of being any other class with any other build? Any time I see an enemy with 27k health+ I just walk away.

    I wouldn't object to seeing at least the option of pvp modes where everybody has normalized gear. I've seen pvp in other MMO's where everybody gets the same level of gear and just plays with skills, it makes fights a lot more fun when you know your death was because you didn't play right rather than they just had some overpowered *** on. Seems to me that would help a lot here, though those players who spent months harvesting the perfect build will undoubtedly decry such a change. But even if that option never comes to be, at the very least this whole thing needs a damned rebalancing.

    You walk away at 27k hp,,so you wake away from everyone then?
    Further soloing imperial City bosses is one of the easiest things to do to make gold in this game, they are by no means the level in which a player should be considered op or not.
    And of a player jumps on me for example while I'm on a boss il do my best to ensure they hit the boss as well so they take the agro or dmg making it easier for me to kill them.

    Bro, 27k is far below the minimum needed for survivability in PvP. If I see 27k on someone, I’m going to kill them. The only exception is if I know it’s a Sorc. I’ll run them off, certainly, but I often don’t feel like chasing them while they Streak halfway across the map.

    <---- realizes that's just as bad as the meta tank builds

    Also, I was initially gonna say 30k+ but kept lowering since if I'm being realistic I'm mostly just trying to get these quests finished and don't want to have to respawn at an entirely different district if it turns out he had friends nearby. Even still, i'm only about 28k with food buffs.
