Do you use the Bug Catcher addon?

That crushed FPS and ping for several folks that I know with the recent update.

If you are still having issues please file a ticket to have them take a look at your account.
Where you mention being away for 1.5 years caught my attention and the issues you have may be related to account cold storage they implemented a year+ ago iirc?

Basically if an account isn't logged into within X amount of time it is moved to cold storage off of the live database. Frees up space and resources on the back end. Not sure what the timeframe is, but pretty sure 1.5 years qualifies.
When you return and log in it's supposed to pull it back onto the live server for you, all you should experience is a bit longer load time that first time as it's loaded to live.

But if something didn't "thaw" (sorry ) out properly they may need to correct something for you.
