I have come back to the game to dip my toots into High Isle after almost 1.5 years of a break.
I can't log in, and when it lets me in past the Error: 200, or 334's I get in on an alt. Very rarely can I get in on my main.
This was not like this a few days ago when I logged in for a daily reward.
Is this just recent with yesterdays EU server maintenance?

Anyone else in the same boat?

    Do you use the Bug Catcher addon?

    That crushed FPS and ping for several folks that I know with the recent update.

    Ive been having pin fluctuations too. Today its been especially bad after the maint :/

    EDIT: Likely nevermind, sorry. I somehow missed the part where you said you logged in a few days ago for the daily reward :s
    If you are still having issues please file a ticket to have them take a look at your account.
    Where you mention being away for 1.5 years caught my attention and the issues you have may be related to account cold storage they implemented a year+ ago iirc?

    Basically if an account isn't logged into within X amount of time it is moved to cold storage off of the live database. Frees up space and resources on the back end. Not sure what the timeframe is, but pretty sure 1.5 years qualifies.
    When you return and log in it's supposed to pull it back onto the live server for you, all you should experience is a bit longer load time that first time as it's loaded to live.

    But if something didn't "thaw" (sorry ;) ) out properly they may need to correct something for you.

    I'm not having any issue on either PC NA or EU. I'm sorry your return to the game is not going well.... but yes, the "cold storage" system could be at fault.
