So when the pts came out a friend of mine wanted to test out a crazy idea using one of the new mythics but the final idea requires 4 people plus some actual pvp to make it work but based on what we saw it seems in theory it really could work. We've dubbed it THE LEAP MACHINE.

The premise is really simple... a group of 3 nightblades and 1 dragonknight. The nightblades are simply there to generate as much ultimate as possible and then feed it to the dragonknight using the new mythic item, Cryptcannon Vestments.

-The Loadout-
The loadout of the nightblades is Cryptcannon, Arkasis, Bloodspawn, and really whatever else they like. Arkasis can be active on one bar so this even leaves the option for arena weapons like the Asylum 2 hander. They also need to run two infused pot cooldown jewelry so that potions can be used on Arkasis's cooldown.

The dragonknight also runs Arkasis and probably would beneift from Bloospawn as well. Lamia's Song is a good 2nd 5piece choice since it effectively doubles the dk passive helping hands for them and provides a constant source of healing for their nightblade partners too.

-The Machine-
The machine should be primed with everyone at max ulti. It starts off with the dk using their corrosive armor buff. At this point nightblades can start using their own ulti one-at-a-time until the dk reaches enough to leap. They leap. The pattern continues until the nightblades have no ulti left. At this point they start using potions and casting their ulti one at a time with the dk leaping at every opportunity. The nightblade passive that gives 20 ulti plus Arkasis means they are provide a lot of ulti for themselves and for others. With a very strict pattern (we really couldn't quite sus out the best 'algorithm' for this yet) and taking into account dynamic effects such as generation from being hit, landing light attacks, and getting kills it might be possible for the dk to leap many many many times in a row. Personally I think the worst case scenario is something like a corrosive followed by like 3 leaps. The best could be... I dunno? Leap until everything in sight is dead?

Anyway. This is a cool idea that also honestly sounds super trollish to me. So I kinda have mixed feelings about it. As soon as I saw that mythic in the pts I had my doubts about its balance but I was surprised that no one else has so much as even mentioned it in videos or on the forum. Has anyone played around with the new mythic yet to try it out? Does anyone think this might work?
