Players housing that can be used a proper shop

This might be impossible, but i thought of an idea about players being able to use their houses as an open shop.
So for example if I wanted to open a blacksmiths and sell blacksmith crafting items, or make players crafted set pieces that you perhaps get via an email request.
Obviously I wouldn't want to disrupt the guild trader community, as that is a vital part of the game.
Maybe a player would only be limited to 10,20, 30 slots and only blacksmith items, and only be allowed to do this once the grandmaster crafter achievement had been unlocked.
I think it would be a nice addition to the game, having unique custom shops, that we have lovingly decorated. It could even have an assistant as the shopkeeper while you are away. This could also have another use of getting people into housing as a little plus point!
Is this even possible, and what would you like to see in your shop?

✭I think thats mostly done with housing items right now, as a guild shop/auction thing for guild members.
If you would want to do crafting inside your house, there would not be that much space for detailed decoration (right now before q3 changes) bec. most space would be filled with crafting set tables. If you advertise your house and have all crafting tables there, people could port there and craft their stuff themselves, and not need or pay you for using your stations.
(I personally have no need of such as you suggest for myself. But perhaps ZOS will get creative some day - after all, there will be no fall DLC to travel to this year. If they want to give us some new trading spots they would need to find another solution. But that would be a discussion thing for another thread.)PC/EU0 -

I’ve been (very slowly) turning the first level on one of the houses to a music box “shop”. The second level will eventually have chairs and a stage set up for musical performances (we need more musical instrument furnishings!) and the third level will be attic storage (again, we need more music related furnishings!). The other house will be living space. 🙂
