Cannot make new character - Keeps Disconnecting from lobby

Trying to make a new Arcanist Character however in the middle of making a new character it keeps disconnecting with Error 334 lost connection to lobby.
The funny thing here is if I leave it on the lobby on my character select screen, it does not disconnect and I am able to log in and stay in game with one my already created characters without any problems. This disconnecting only happens when trying to make a new character.....
Just for the sake of saying I have tried everything I have followed all the troubleshooting steps to the letter but this issue still persists.
Very frustrating i can log in and enjoy the new expansion on my already established characters but cannot create a character with the new class.
Help please.

✭✭✭✭✭This has been a problem during character creation for months now. You have to be fast in making your character or it will time out, you get kicked, and have to start over.

Thankyou, I thought I was going crazy or something. I havent been away that long but I havent created a character in months now maybe that is why I missed it.
Crazy how ZOS do not think this is an issue because it is and a big one especially for new players. They need to fix this.

I've had this bug for every single character I've created dating back to 2020. Upon running a quick search back then, I noticed plenty of posts about the bug so I just assumed if it mattered to development then they'd fix it so I just tried my best to quickly make my new toons lol.
It's just a shame that the core focus of this update is a new class and this bug is still very much existing. To anyone who wants to solve or reproduce this bug ... just make a character and take your time doing so. Fresh install. No addons. Done. Kicked from server. Every time.1 -
