Buff Psijic "Meditate" skill line

Introspection- Focus your body and mind into a meditative state, healing for 1800 Health and restoring 1500 Magicka and Stamina every 1 second. Maintaining the channel increases the Health restored by 10% every tick, up to a maximum of 50%. You will remain in a meditative state until you toggle this ability off or are interrupted.

After reaching the maximum 5 stack, the next hit received should be limited to a maximum of 1% of their HP so long as the channel is maintained, limited to once per cast of this ability.

The other morph (deep thoughts) could break the channel and provide extra resources if damaged.

Interesting. Don't you get major protection for the entire channel due to psijic passives? Why do you think this extra mitigation is so important to have?

this skill actually gets a unique 30% mitigation while channeling, which is way better than major protection lol

Deep Thought is already one of the strongest skills (PVP) in the game already. Just one or two ticks at the end of your buff cycle is all the sustain you need to comfortably get by on food alone.

As a bonus it can proc Rallying Cry, which really helps with fishing for a crit heal on your back bar. Definitely a potent damage enabler on par with Undeath on how much value you can get out of one build decision.

Adding more damage resistance to the ability is a bad idea. A sufficiently tanky build can already sit in the channel with CC immunity without a care in the world because of the outrageous 30% damage reduction they already get. We don't need to enable more 1 button face tanks.
