swarm mother i dont think can anymore because of the limited range (it only works if enemy is 8-22 meters away and you need LOS)
the other thing that can still pull you down from the tower is the wardens frozen gate, since it is possible to place the aoe up on the tower from the ground (it wont work placing on the ground from the tower) (i personally find this a very creative application of this skill, since the skill is virtually useless in most content lol)
most other pulls like dk chains dont have the range to be able to hit you from there, and dark convergence isnt really pulling you off the tower, its just pulling close enough to the edge that you can slide off

Actually, Beckoning armor has maximum range of 22, which would be the same as max range of Swarm Mother, so both could be the things that pulled me down.
I really just want to know what that build is, I am intrigued lol.
Maybe I could ask the guy who does it afterwards to share the secret if he is in the mood
im pretty sure beckoning armor has much higher range than swarm mother, ive pulled some really far npcs with it (unless there was some change to it that im not aware of)
22 meters would only work if they were almost at the very base of the tower which would be hard to get pulled with due to the LOS requirement
the warden frozen gate is by far the easiest way to get people off of the tower
using knockbacks is tough because of the short range (those also only have 22 meters range and getting the right angle to even hit the target is rough sometimes)

Because the whole platform is not a safe zone. If you can pew-pew down from where you're at, you can get attacked from below by players and NPCs, and yeah, you can get knocked back and pulled down.
Personally I don't mind the pulls that are reactive like when I attack someone. To me that is just a well played trap and I can counter it by choosing if and when to attack. But those pullsets like dark con and rushing agony are absolutely obnoxious. Most of this game is about positioning and those sets allow my opponents to choose where and when to put me somewhere. On the game-feel side of things it's just also obnoxious. It feels bad, it feels the same way as lag on busy server when 5 ballgroups show up to the same keep. It just makes the game physically an unenjoyable experience.
