Pummeling Goliah Bash:

Become a destructive Pummeling Goliath, increasing your Max Health by 30000 for 20 seconds and immediately restoring 30000 Health. While transformed, your damaging Light Attacks restore 319 Health and your fully-charged Heavy Attacks restore 800 Health. This ability scales off your Max Health. Your Bash attacks can hit multiple targets in front of you and deal 1799 Physical Damage.
New effect
While transformed your Bash attack now scales off your offensive stats and deals damage in a cone in front of you.

Spell Wall

Reinforce your shield, allowing you to automatically block all attacks at no cost and reflect all projectiles cast at you for 7 seconds.

Question: are these balanced Ultimates?

Spell Wall can be accessed by anyone and other ultimate you described can only be accessed by a class.

Some unbalance between the two skill should be there to give advantage to classes in certain situations or basically a uniqueness. But of course the severity of that unbalance is subject to discussion.

One is damage, one is a shield. I don't see the problem.

If you want to see some unbalanced, aka weak ultimates, check out Dual Wield and 2H

What are the costs of each ultimate?

Some ults cost 100 ult or less. Others cost over 200. Which means some are used far more often.

250 for CGB - which is high
    135 for SW - medium

Corrosive Armor ....While active, this ability and your direct damage dealt ignores enemy Physical and Spell Resistance.... oh dear...for 10 seconds?

Neither of these ults come close to the power of Corrosive Armor.

Goliath (or Vamp Transformation) is like lighting up a big neon sign that says "Run Away From Me". It also has a hidden drawback of making it very difficult to outheal execute damage. Shield Wall has a large telegraph, doesn't last long, and doesn't mitigate DoTs at all.

Meanwhile, Corrosive Armor mitigates all your damage taken down to nearly insignificant levels, while also juicing your damage through the roof at the same time. It has a noise and visual telegraph, but both are rather subtle compared to the previous 2 ultimates.

Out of the three, Corrosive is by far the strongest; it's a bit overtuned and has been since the start of hybridization changes.

The other two ultimates are perfectly balanced.

Don't sell Vamp transformation short. It is terrible against individuals and small groups who do just run away but when used with lots of other AOE damage in a zerg v zerg fight the 20% health return on all damage and extra stats can turn you into a super tanky killing machine.

And reduces damage taken to 3% of your max health while active.

Absolutely, Goliath and Vamp form can be used to great effect on very specific builds, but I wouldn't say either ult is anywhere close to being OP. Goliath hasn't been OP since the original iteration of the Bash Cro at launch, and Vamp Form has never been particularly overpowered. They're both a lot of fun to use and can deal lots of damage in the right setting, but most of the time people will see you hulk out, turn around, and book it.

Spell Wall is fine. The duration for the cost is pretty on point and it requires a sword and shield.

Pummeling Goliath is strong but not for the health but the damage output from a dedicated bash build. In all honesty treat the Goliath ultimate like a time to kite your opponent. If you sit in their face constantly fighting them while it's up, and you can't burst them down or take the heat, then I'd advise kitting them till the ultimate fades.

Additionally while transformed in Goliath, Scion, and Werewolf form the player loses all ultimate regeneration. Not only is the ultimate expensive and powerful, but it makes followup ultimates take longer to activate.

This means that they're losing out on 60 ultimate for using the Goliath and Scion forms at least. I know werewolf can be toggled off and extended so it's an odd case.

Pummeling Goliath is more defense but less damage than Sorc Bash + Overload. So yes, balanced.
