Well you're in luck, I believe. There is an addon called 'Srendarr' that lets you track all buffs and deffs on yourself, allies and hostile NPCs and players, and allows the UI to be moved around and changed to how you want it, so if you just want to track the CC Immunity for example, you would need to have looked at something with it first, and then you can set it up on the Prominent Filter (I think it was called that?) And set it that the CC Immunity will show up on X category group, about 5 of which are completely empty and track nothing, so you could set it to one of them, move that category group to say, next to your crosshair and set it to 50% Opacity, and then whenever you look at anyone who has Immunity, it'll show up next to your crosshair for as long as you have them targeted. Hope this helps and is what you're looking for!

Hey, I appreciate your feedback. I am using Srendarr but unfortunately, it doesn't show up in PvP/Battlegrounds even if I set Prominent Buffs for enemy. I am trying to figure out if its a problem on my end or if buffs for enemies in PvP are disabled by default in game.
The easiest (though not always reliable) way for me has been to just look at their feet. If there is a little whirling tornado thing there it means they are immune to hard CCs. Little green spikey things means they are immune to soft CCs. My mistake the soft CC immunity is indicated by the green trails. The spikes are actually for dodge cooldown.
Admittedly sometimes they are immune when when these effects are not invisible. I've never been able to figure out if that's because of some mechanics I'm not aware of or just bugs caused by desync and lag.
If i recall... a few years ago…. ZOS changed the API so you couldn't see the type of buffs the enemies are using. I can’t remember the thread where they discussed in detail why it had to be done.
