You know the dwarves in Elderscrolls they have very steam punk technology. I've been wondering if there are a secret clan somewhere in Tamriel that has far more advanced technology than the dwarfs.

You might be interested in the Clockwork City. That's Sotha Sil's enclave where he's been using the powers and knowledge that the Heart of Lorkhan gives him (using tools created by the Dwemer) in order to improve on Dwemer tech.

The Dwemer were definitely the most technologically advanced but interestingly it seems that Nirn is going backwards technologically while Clockwork City is going forwards. In that public dungeon in Blackreach dealing with time travel we see an Imperial time traveller of an Imperial order. The Khajiit also got on a moon somehow… but back to the dungeon… during the group event boss there is a unique enemy that is a clockwork city shalk but instead of the plain black that they usually have, these shalks have LED screens. Something I’ve never seen or heard of before in TES.

There are kahjiits on the moon?!!! That's super cool.

So there are advanced technology that is not well known and some secret civilizations that have it. I wonder if there are more than just clockwork city and certain dungeons that have this technology... ESO needs to expand on this more.

What if on some uncharted territory somewhere in Tamriel; there are a secret tribe of cyberpunk kahjiits...

Yes. They have a moonbase on Masser (Jode). I have no idea how they got there in the first place or how they made it but it is there.
I doubt there are any secret societies as that would take away from the great mystery of the Dwemer, along with the fact that technology on Nirn is getting worse. However, there is a theory that 5E will bring a technological boom. I guess because there's an idea that the Dwemer are hiding in 5E... but I have no evidence of this. I think it is based in C0DA, which is a sci-fi fanfiction written by a former developer.

That said though, since timetravel is canon, anything can happen.
