Spell and physical ressistance in warfare

Hello.
Trying out to cap my spell resistances and physical res.
Using warfare Bulvark skill. But it dosnt reflect on the stats. Dos it even work?
i have made 3 photos: first without bulwark , Second that i sloted it and third that nothing changed... do i do something wrong? why numbers arent changing..
I know resisstances cap at 50 % or 33000 rating.... But if i use bulwar i dont get the numbers activating it... Yes i reloged after changed. Help me

PS shield is on and its activated.

    Turn your char around so we can see your shield ;).
    PC EU: Magblade (PvP main), DK (PvE Tank), Sorc (PvP and PvE), Magden (PvE Healer), Magplar (PvP and PvE DD), Arcanist (PvE DD)
    PC NA: Magblade (PvP and PvE every role)

    I was legitimately going to ask if you actually had a shield equipped, as I can't really tell at a glance. I'll assume you do. The condition of having a shield equipped is what makes Bulwark work.

    Did you hit R to Confirm? Newly slotted stars are not active until you confirm your changes.

    Yes. R confirmed. After few restarts and adon reinstaling it worked out.. Tnx ppl for input
