Using brittle properly

How much brittle and force can you stack without going over the critical limit? Is it practical to use EC, sax and maybe nunatak in a trial as a support necro? Already know warden is better for this but just tell me if something like this works on necro.
Additionally, does force shock always apply 3 stacks of EC weakness or is there some hidden rng there?

✭✭✭✭✭Force shock always applies all 3, though EC is given to necros because of the classes’ capability to do AoE EC (plus a colo).
