Using brittle properly

How much brittle and force can you stack without going over the critical limit? Is it practical to use EC, sax and maybe nunatak in a trial as a support necro? Already know warden is better for this but just tell me if something like this works on necro.

Additionally, does force shock always apply 3 stacks of EC weakness or is there some hidden rng there?

Force shock always applies all 3, though EC is given to necros because of the classes’ capability to do AoE EC (plus a colo). Major brittle isn’t necessary in trials since there’s EC, minor brittle, warhorn rotation… people hit crit cap already.
