Lol. I never took offense to his post because it wasn't directed at me.

But telling someone they jumped on the band wagon is an offensive statement, you're calling someone an opportunist in a negative way- that's the phrase; this is how language and communication work children.

I guess you're not grasping the fact that there is no evidence of anyone arguing against your claim that the phrase is meant in a negative manner. You said yourself that it was not directed towards you. It was not directed at anyone specifically. Reread my previous posts to understand who might take offense and why.
