Structured Entropy and Stealth

This skill has an unintended interaction with stealth and Invisibility in PvP. Each time the health steal animation takes place, it fully pulls a character from stealth or invisibility. No other DOT does this regardless of its animation. This needs to be fixed.

I would like the way of fire proc not to take me out of invisibility. But apparently like with the heal this is done intentionally

Heal pulls out of steals only on cast
