Are furniture leads curated?

I wasn't sure whether this thread belonged in the Housing or Players Helping Players section, so opted for the former.
Anyway, I've been collecting furniture via scrying leads for long enough now that I have duplicates of many of the furniture items. This is fine for some of them, where a collection of identical items can look good in a house. However, I get enough duplicates that I wonder if the furniture leads are curated, i.e. are leads for furniture I don't have more likely to drop than leads for furniture I do have ?
