I don't know if it works with other addons messaging, but Azurah can move and resize notifications (and other parts of the UI). I have mine as much smaller text above the chat box, enough that I can see them when I want them, but it doesn't get in the way of anything else I'm trying to look at.

I tried it some time back (probably a couple of years back now), but I seemed to have some other addon that it doesn't like. Azurah refused to save my placements - and checking the addon's page on ESO-UI, I didn't find anything at the time that addressed that (or any of the other addons I used). I should try it again; while I still have a lot of addons, I have changed some out and just got rid of some over the years.______________________________________________________
