Alchemy Master Writs make all at once or just 4/16... why?

Sometimes when I do an Alchemy Master Writ it completes the order of 16 potions all at once. Other times it only makes 4 of the 16 at a time.

Liguar✭✭✭✭Isn't it just the potions vs. poisons thing, the alchemy passives let you craft more poisons per craft.
which is also why the one that uses 4x mats gets more writ vouchers (but not 4x?)0 -
