Is there a bug that this doesn't proc everytime currently..sometimes I spam this on players and nothing!

    And I know it has 10 second cool down, but I'm talking first interactions etc

    Yeah I also find that if there is any kind of lag or desync the tether doesn't always proc.

    I'm not so sure it's lagg related as happens during alot of bg etc and duels where there is no lagg, that I notice any ways

    just a guess, the skill has a certain range and due to the lag the opponent is probably outside until the skill is displayed to you. maybe that's why you don't see the skill and think it didn't go off at all.

    If you proc it on a Warden with a netch active, sometimes the beam will be purged immediately. The set will go on cooldown but the actual proc is purged off before it really does anything.

    This actually makes sense for mara wearer also I guess, as when I proc the staff using ele susceptibility they will have 6+ negative effects and it will just purge it Instantly...nearly everytime..

    This is also true. Additionally, with positional desync and bad terrain the beam could also simply break before actually displaying the visual for one reason or another
