Problem with ESO plus

I just submitted a ticket but I am writing here because I do not know how to proceed.
I paid ESO -plus with a year payment in the last years and i paid it from the website.
Last time I had trouble paying eso-plus from the ESO website, so paid it through Steam with my linked account. I paid it on Steam on 13 November for 1 year 124.99 !!!!
Today I logged in to ESO on the windows version but ESO plus was disabled!!!! Entering my acoount on my website it says that my ESo -plus is at 0 days!!!!!
Logging on Steam it says I have ESO-plus enabled... what happened???
This is giving a hard shot on my motivation to continue here (9 years playing ESO and running)

In any case I solved it by removing the original version from my pc and by installing the Steam version of the game.0 -
