getting 10 second times nothing works today

i have had 3 or 4 ten second blocks when i can move but cannot mount or interact with anything. also had two game crashes in 5 mins so not sure if anyone else having issues. after about 10 seconds you can interact and move again on pc EU server about 14.30 pm for next hour plus had one roll back of about 5-10 seconds in shadowfen getting a survey. it has happend in reapers march shadowfen in halls of colossus home and doomchar house in malabal tor

thanks @ZOS_Bill but i have been playing 7 years and my game is set up correctly and the game freezing completely for 10-15 seconds is not a bit of lag. it seems it was all players in uk and seemed to all be on virgin media isp supplier. but have seen a lot in guild recently getting very bad lag for whole evenings or days at a time then it seems to be ok again. but thanks for the link and info
