PC Hardware and Game Load Times

So I'm currently running a i9 10900k, RTX 2080 Super, 64Gigs DDR4 3200, Gen 3 NVMe drive and my load times between zones and initial login seem pretty slow. My question is if I where to buy hardware specifically for the purpose of trying to improve these times what would be the best initial improvement, CPU or GPU?
I'm not sure which of the two the game is more dependent on or if anything can even be done about the load times at all. Thanks for any suggestions/information.

The PC specifications you've listed shouldn't lead to any performance issues.
