During the quest "Turning of the Tree" in Glenumbra the quest giver Bernard doesnt show up and neither does Wyrdess Helene who i'm guided to via Zone Guide. The icon is shown over the small island beside the mill but Helene isnt there. I tried login out and also repair. Dont know if its because i did the next quest in the line first that the NPC's doesnt show up but it makes Deleyn's Mill Uncompletable for me
